Background: Knowledge management has become a critical driver
of competitive advantage in technology-intensive industries. Effective
knowledge sharing among employees facilitates organizational innovation and
adaptive capacity.
Objective: This study examines the relationship between
knowledge sharing practices and organizational innovation, considering the
mediating role of organizational learning culture.
Method: This study uses a simulated dataset created for
academic training purposes. A cross-sectional quantitative design was employed
with simulated data from 320 employees in technology firms. Structural equation
modeling (SEM) was conducted using AMOS.
Key Results: Knowledge sharing positively influenced
organizational innovation (β = 0.42, p < 0.001). Organizational learning
culture partially mediated this relationship, accounting for 35% of the total
effect. Collaborative tools showed the strongest association with knowledge
sharing frequency.
Conclusion: Technology firms can enhance innovation by fostering
knowledge sharing through digital collaboration platforms and nurturing a
culture of continuous learning. Organizations should invest in both
technological infrastructure and cultural initiatives.
